夢茶苦茶也
I went to a liquor store for the first time in a while and found a bottle I had not seen before. It seems to be a collaboration between Akebono Shuzo and this sake shop.
When I put the liquid in my mouth, I found it to be sweet, tasty, slightly sour, and slightly bitter.
Delicious!
I think it's been a while since I bought a refreshing sake.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 15%.

The "Specifications Undisclosed" is written in large letters, even though it says a lot of things.
Since the only ingredients are rice and rice malt, I don't understand why they bother listing it, even though it is clear that it is equal to or better than junmai-shu.
