Impressions
At an izakaya in Nara Prefecture (I forgot to take a picture)
It was so delicious that it made me think that all the doburoku I have ever had were fake!
It may be doburoku, but my personal recommendation is the best ever!
The fresh aroma is irresistible!
The graininess of the rice remains, and it has a creamy mouthfeel like doburoku, but thanks to the fizziness, it is refreshing and has no unpleasant aftertaste at all!
I used to dislike doburoku, but if it's this good, I'll want it every time...
Imanishi Shuzo brews the sacred sake of the Ogami Shrine, and this nigorosugi muddy sake is a reproduction of that sacred sake. That is why it is said to be real muddy sake.
I am happy to drink such a great sake!
