Yet, there is no lingering bitterness, and the aftertaste is refreshing ๐ Even junmai can be this clear!
Compared to the 50% or 39% polished Otters, this is a much higher quality wine!
Otters are very well known anyway, but I was reminded that there is more to them than just their name ๐ฅบ.
