I realized I hadn't posted it, and on New Year's Eve...
It's been open less than a month.
Let's finish it today!
Lots of acidity, I think the sweetness is gone.
In the beginning, it was very sweet with a little sourness, but it was easy to drink.
But now that the sweetness is gone, I like the taste.
I don't know if it goes well with this, but since it's the last one, I think I'll try some warmed sake.
