It is strange that when you drink it chilled in the fridge, you think it is sweet, but then the spiciness comes right away. When it comes back to room temperature, there is no spiciness and the taste is standard light and dry. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste.

This is a very long-selling product of Hokko Masamune, which is extremely popular in the local Iiyama area. It is a standard light, dry sake that you can drink every day and never get tired of drinking, and goes well with any food.
