This is a sake that was recommended to me by YUMMY SAKE, a sake taste judging service. Sure, this one has a clean aftertaste... my favorite flavor! I've heard that I'm a "buh-buh-buh" type of person, but it's a good example. At first, the sake flavor spreads quickly, but the aftertaste is like water.
