First of all, the label and the name have a huge impact ✨.
It looks like the name of some kind of special move 😆 (I can't read it though).
The meaning is that people who share the same thoughts and minds can communicate with each other like a tiger barks when a dragon cries 🐉.
I've never heard of a four-character idiom like this before (I'm learning).
The rice used in this brewery is "Ushu Homare" from Yamagata Prefecture, which is suitable for sake brewing along with "Ryu no Otoko" and "Sake Mirai", both of which are grown by Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of "Jyushiyo".
The sweet fruity flavor from the aroma is already guaranteed to be delicious ✨.
The pleasant sweetness and umami spread in the mouth, and the gentle acidity and sharpness are brilliant 😋.
