The color is slightly amber.
It is mildly sweet in the mouth. It is sweet like muscat. It disappears without any aftertaste.
It is the sweetest Kyushu sake I have ever tasted, but it is not too sweet and easy to drink.
We had ordered a lot of fried food and it was all oily food, but it matched well with it 🍗.
