Sake World Makino Kura. They were exhibiting as Okayama Prefecture.
They seem to be a new brewery, so I asked them about their situation 👀.
They said that they have taken over the sake brewing license, but they are not able to make sake yet 😣.
They don't even have a website yet.
This time they opened a store with a blend of sake from Kyoto and Okayama breweries🤩.
They would like to do sake making in the future.
I have high expectations for the future, let's support them 📣.
The sake has a banana flavor🍌 with a crisp ginjo aroma on the nose.

It seems to be a hiyaoroshi.
The rice flavor and minerality are refreshing.
The slight carbonation combined with a clear throat feel gives it a light and refreshing impression.
Is it hiyaoroshi? 🤔.
It made me rethink what "hiyaoroshi" means 🤗.

Sourness with a strong sourness.
It tastes like a lemon punch.
The color of the sake also looks lemon.
