A sparkling that I like to drink from time to time. This is the first time I've had Sentori's Organic Natur X. I mean, has it been around for a while? Was it made recently?
I don't know, but the taste feels right, as if it had been around for a while. The bubbles are well balanced, and you can enjoy the flavor, sweetness, and bitterness all over the place.
Sparkling is difficult to make if the amount and strength of the bubbles do not synergize well with the flavor, and I personally have my own standards for the strength of bubbles, and it is not good if they deviate from those standards, but this one is firmly in my strike zone. As expected of Sengoku.
