This one was different from the previous ones in that it was sweet and tasty.
The aroma is much milder because it is fire-aged.
It is better to drink it in a sake cup than in a wine glass.
It has a beautiful sake quality and is well-balanced without any stickiness.
It does not interfere with food, so it can be served with a wide range of dishes.
