Toyokoh Junmai Ginjo Kinmon Nishiki
Rating 4.4
Alcohol 16%, Kinmon-Nishiki from Nagano, Rice Polishing Ratio 59%, Sake Degree -6, Acidity 2.0, Amino Acidity 1.1
The pleasant aroma is unique to Toyoko-no-Ko, with the delicious flavor of Kinmon-Nishiki rice and a soft, lingering aftertaste.
The sweetness is in the style of sugar confectionery (wasanbon), not in the style of fruit. It is not fruity. It is rare to find a Kinmonn Nishiki with such a mild taste. It goes well with relatively heavy dishes.
