This is already my second trip to Tohoku alone. I couldn't forget how much fun I had last time... The first day was at Akayu Hot Springs in Yamagata Prefecture!
The first drink we had at a bar near the hot spring resort was Sugiyuu. This was also my first time. I asked for something refreshing, and this is what came out. The first sip goes down like water, but the spiciness comes later. This is a wonderful balance! It was a perfect match with oden👍
