It has been a long time since I bought a dry regular sake.
Higashimurayama Dry Sake" by local brewer Toshimaya Shuzo.
It was a refreshing sake, perfect for the bonito sashimi. A while ago, I wasn't a fan of dry sake. I am now completely absorbed in the depth of sake and have come to enjoy a wide range of sake.
