I finally received a letter from Tachihara Store. With a sentence of a photograph. And every time a handwritten letter is enclosed. Thank you for your time, though you are busy.
It's been a long time since we received an Echigobijin. It has a very round and full mouthfeel, and it cut off quickly afterwards.
It was drier than other Joetsu region sakes, but it was a gentle beauty at heart.
