Classic poultry. I knew Sentry was delicious. It has a gentle aroma with a gentle citrus-like sourness and a moderate sweetness, but also has a strong profile as a sake. I had cheese with it and it's delicious. It feels almost like a wine, and I think it would be a nice complement to western food.
