Gin no Tsubasa Junmai Ginjo (Hara Shuzo)

Origin of the name: Named after the children's song "Hamachidori" written by the poet Kashima Naruaki, who was fascinated by the Sea of Japan at Kashiwazaki.
Ingredients: 50% polished rice, including "Koshikagura," rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Niigata Prefecture.
Taste: Elegant ginjo aroma with a hint of banana. The taste is balanced with a light, yet full-bodied flavor, with a light, yet balanced taste, harmonized with a soft umami and acidity.
