Tonight we have a sake from a friend who lives in Akita.
This is the first time I have had Amanoato.
It says that it is a mellow dry sake with a sake strength of +10, so I seared some shime mackerel I bought at a nearby fish shop on my burner and married it.
If you drink it by itself, it is mellow but still has a strong alcohol taste, but after the shime mackerel, the taste changes to a refreshing one.
Oh, I can't stop drinking both in the middle of the week. Thanks to my friend.
