Ordered Ureshino's local sake at an izakaya
The waitress explained that Saga's sake is not dry and recommended Toranoji because it is fresh and easy to drink!
It had a slight sweetness from the rice, and was a bit reserved, but it was easy to drink and tasted great!
This izakaya specializes in ribs on the bone, so I was counting on that.
It was delicious!
