Black is Gomachida Shuzo which makes Toichi. The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is refreshing. It is modern and delicious.
The white is made by Seto Shuzo, who makes a sake called Tocho. It seems that Gochida Shuzo was founded by a branch of Seto Shuzo. The white has a sweetness to it, but it's also a little muffled. The aftertaste is really a bit sémé, a step before the classic.
