This time I drank a ginjo-shu from Shizuoka Prefecture. It was a beautiful sake with a fruity-fruity aroma and rice flavor, although it was a bit old.
I guess it is because of the location, and the water they use also contains a lot of richness of nature.
I can't explain it well, but it has a very pleasant hard-water texture that the Japanese like.
That's what Shizuoka is all about!
I would love to visit a sake brewery when I am in the area.
