Eikofuji Morinokuma-san Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu 50% 16.6 degrees 720ml 2090yen
I bought this thinking that Eiko-Fuji was producing strange labels again. It is a sake to support the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle.
It uses Kumamoto's rice "Morinokuma-san". It is said to be made from rice.
It has a juicy flavor unique to Eiko-chan. Yamagata yeast gives it a ginjo feel.
Takachiyo in Niigata also uses Morikuma-san in their sake.
