The taste is rich and complex, with sweetness, flavor, and bitterness all in one. It has a strong alu feeling through the throat. It has a good sense of maturity. It is also delicious.
It is a quintessential Laughsiki, and I think it is partly due to the fact that it is a draft sake, but it has a deep flavor.
