Takatsugu
The first bottle of "Dewazanzan" draft sake from "Dewazakura", which was encountered at a liquor store on the road trip, was opened.
From the first sip, you can taste the packed flavor and moderate sweetness. The aftertaste is also pleasant, and you can't help but drink more. The alcohol content is a little high at 17% because it is a draft sake, but it is so easy to drink that you will not notice it unless you are told.
The label says, "You can also enjoy the matured taste by aging at low temperature," but we decided to give up on this one.
I can only hope for a change in taste when it is matured. Delicious ‼️
