Moderate aroma. Sweetness is moderate and acidity is low.
The umami flavor comes in quickly, and the bitterness at the end is a bit strong. I don't know how to describe it...I guess you could say it has a sense of "understated elegance". It is comfortable to drink and goes well with meals ๐ถ.
I don't feel the gasiness as much as I thought I would.
