The day after participating in the Kurobe Meisui Marathon, I visited Ginban near the Shinkansen station.
I was not allowed to tour the brewery, but there was a souvenir corner, and I was allowed to see it with my slippers out of the entrance hall, which looked like my home.
I was given an explanation of the brewery and bought a bottle of summer sake made with Tominokoso.
I had the impression that the sake was originally quite dry, and the summer sake had a crisp, light flavor.
I recommend drinking it well chilled.
I also put some ice cubes in a cup to drink it on the rocks if you like.
The Ginban brewery is quite large, and the site looks like a factory.
I guess it is a local sake brewery.
Nearby there was a spring of Kurobe, and local people came to fetch water.
I still feel that water is very important.
