風見鶏Saiya Sake Brewery Yamahai Junmai Yuki no Kayasha Hiyaoroshi
This is an easy to drink sake with the refreshing crispness typical of Yukino Kayasha and the sweetness of hiyaoroshi.
Although it is getting cooler, it is still hot, so it is just right.
Serve with boiled Mebaru.
