I bought this because I was curious about the Yamahai brewing.
It's thick! Sweet! Yellow! The aroma is strong!
I wonder if it's a strong rice aroma?
I also think it smells a bit like Kenbishi. I wonder what this aroma is? Is it a fermentation smell?
