It's been a long time since I've been to Nara Sake😊.
This is a Junmai Ginjo from Shinomine by Chiyo Shuzo.
It's a medium-bodied, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made from Omachi named Rinri 🤗.
Shinomine has a variety of brands using different sake rice, but this one tastes very fresh🤩.
It has a little gas in the mouth, which is perfect for this time of year when the temperature is rising!
