Continuing from yesterday, this is a Junmai sake from the Yukitsuru series.
Personally, I find Junmai Ginjo easier to drink cold.
The junmai sake went well with the food when served hot!
This sake is not fruity, but has a strong sake flavor.
Ingredients: rice, rice malt
Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice polishing rate: 55%.
