It was Sake Fortification Week๐ถ.
I was looking forward to drinking this before I even had a chance to drink it! โจ
Is this supposed to be drunk with sashimi or something?
I didn't know what the right answer was.
I've had micro carbonation before, but the carbonation is so strong that it's called microbubbles. I was a little disappointed because I personally thought it didn't seem like sake, for better or worse.
But it is a unique sake ๐ถ. Thank you for the drink ๐ซถ.
