It's been a while since I've had a Toyo Bijin.
Thought it would be more muscat-like as the rice is Chunyang, but didn't feel that much 😊.
Light fruity aroma ✨
Another light alcohol and sourness. Then comes the sweetness ✌️
Clear drinking and lighter than I expected👍
Not what I expected, but a delicious sake 👌
