It is from a liquor store's hanpukai.
The aroma is a little alcoholic and sour grape... more raisin-like than a regular grape, I think 🍇.
When you drink it, there is a chili shuffle, and immediately a grape-like sweetness that is in the same vein as the aroma arrives, but at the same time, it is disintegrated on the tongue and disappears dry.
This sensation is what keeps me coming back for the next glass.
After a few days, the chilischwa settles down and is no longer present. Instead, the mouthfeel becomes very clear.
The wine is easy to drink, with a light grape flavor and a touch of bitterness.
The day after opening the bottle, I thought, "What? I thought the taste had changed to something I didn't like very much... but the next day it didn't. Did it change again right away, or is it a physical condition?
Even if I am not aware of it, I think that when sake does not taste good, I may not be in perfect health.
This Kaze no Mori was good because it tasted good afterwards!
