Fresh, fruity ginjo aroma! It smells like a fruit parlor! (?)
Sweetness is the main taste, with a slight tingling gas sensation on the tip of the tongue. I am not a fan of sake with a slight gassiness, but this level of gassiness is a rather nice accent. The bitterness and acidity are moderate, and it is easy to drink, just like "rice juice.
