Kab
A local brand from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, which I bought on impulse when I unexpectedly found it at a local supermarket.
It smells like ramune. Not as good as Saku, though.
When you drink it, you first get a cider-like or fine sugar sweetness, which turns to a sweet rice flavor, and then to a pungent or bitter taste, which finishes at an exquisite point.
On the second day, the bitterness lightens and the sharpness fades slightly, but the overall impression improves.
