Hououmida, which I asked them to hold on reserve. As I am an instant buyer of Japanese paper labels, I was surprised to find a lot of it still in stock, so I had to repeat my purchase. This is the first Asahi rice for this brand. When poured, it smells of grapes and strawberries, and as the temperature rises, it has a sweet and sour aroma like apples, with a touch of alcohol. It has a soft, slightly creamy mouthfeel, and the sweet and sour taste spreads over the palate. The Asahi rice from Okayama, which is used for rice, is surprising in its flavor and length of aftertaste.
