I went back to my parents' house for the first time in a while, so I bought some at the Hasegawa Sake Shop at Tokyo Station. They always seem to have Hakurakusei in stock, so I would like to stop by again on my way home.
Houou Mita after a long time. It is as well-balanced as ever. It is neither too sweet nor too spicy, and I think it is a brand that goes well with everything. However, I guess it is a little spicy for those who are not used to Japanese sake.
