This sake is made from organic rice grown in Nara prefecture.
The color is a little light yama-buki.
The aroma is a little vinegar-like sourness and grain-like.
It tastes like syrupy sweetness at first, then a little graininess, and finally acidity and sharpness slowly come up.
If you associate it with Hanaboe, you may be surprised to find that the acidity is similar but the taste is different.
