Mild aroma, full-bodied, slightly dry with a tangy texture.
Delicious cold, but I prefer it warmed up.
We also tried it with puffer fish fins.
The fragrant aroma of the fillet and its smooth texture were delicious!
For snacks, fried oysters and steamed oysters!
We had them with ponzu (Japanese sauce made of soy sauce and citrus juice)!
