This is a Miharukoma Honjozo Namazhoushu. This is a keeper of the Fukushima series that I brought back when I went to Fukushima a while ago. Miharu is famous for its cherry blossoms and my friend's hometown, so I feel like I'm being biased, but it's a rather sweet and spicy type of sake and it's really good! At times like this, I bring out other familiar sakes to compare sips, but they were delicious.
