To be honest, I had avoided drinking it because of the image of a rather strong sake, but it was recommended by a liquor store that knew my taste, and when I heard that Takeyu had taken care of the remaining sake from the Yuki Brewery, which had burned down in May, I was impressed by the fact that they were both local rival breweries.
