This is one of the most difficult sake to obtain among the Jyushiyo brands.
Mild on the palate, sweetness spreads in the mouth, and there is no unpleasant alcohol taste at all. The aftertaste slowly fades away leaving the sweetness behind. It is complete and delicious.
