I hadn't had any sake recently, but I loved Ganki. This is where my interest in Yamaguchi sake began to grow, and I started drinking Omine, Ki, and others.
Although this sake does not have the characteristic tang of Ganki, the first sip is the most gentle reward after working late on Fridays. It is an image that goes straight into your body. Perhaps because it is a junmai sake, you can also taste the rice. It was delicious.
