Heroyui
Purchased at Kigawaya.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo of Yukimanmai, a masterpiece of Dewazakura.
I have had Daiginjo several times, but this was my first Junmai Daiginjo.
It is a little expensive, but I bought it because I had a happy occasion.
We toasted with the family.
The aroma is subdued but elegant, with a clear, fruity aroma.
The taste is light and sweet.
It is delicate, but the aftertaste is rather rich.
The entry is light, and the aftertaste is heavy, showing a different face.
It was an interesting sake with a royal feeling.
On the second day, the sweetness became more noticeable.
The entry is also a bit thicker.
The alcoholiness decreased and it became more mellow.
