It was the last day of the month, the last day of the quarter, and all the restaurants were very busy.
I opened the door, wondering if I could get in without a reservation, but fortunately Shiobai Kioicho had a vacancy and I was able to fit in.
We started with Kinryo Ginjo Tsukihaku. It is a ginjo-shu with a light yet sharp taste. Delicious.
