Palate: Sound, smooth and silky on the palate, sweet and slightly bitter at first, then the umami is present. The bitterness is short and there is not much acidity. The fragrance is medium, with a hint of sweetness like green apples and white sugar, and the aftertaste is medium. The sweetness is also lingering, but the umami is stronger. Medium to slightly dry
It's somewhere between a refreshing and a snorting sake... it has a long aftertaste for a refreshing sake, and the aroma isn't very fragrant for a snorting sake. It has a sweetness but also a bitterness, and the flavor is not persistent.
