It is a Capulet modern style that has something in common with "Jyushiyo".
The sharpness in the aftertaste may come from the brewer's alcohol, but there is no sense of alcohol or bitterness.
I was hoping for a little more sweetness, but the aroma subsided after the first day, and the sweetness grew and became even better!
