もよもよ
This is a summer sake version of Daimine. The specs are a combination of nama-shu and kasumi, which seems to have a cool and refreshing taste.
The first sip revealed a sour taste with hints of muscat and rumminess. The alcohol content is slightly low at 14.5%, making it easy to drink. It is as tasty as ever with a refreshing sweetness.
I would pair it with white meat fish sashimi and salads. Daimine is as always a sure bet.
