Kumakichi
Ryoseki Shuzo's Kame-no-o Rz55 from Akita Prefecture was opened.
We usually drink Ryoseki Shuzo's Hanamup, but this one has a different taste!
It is a dry Junmai Ginjo made from 100% Kame-no-o, and it was rather stiff when chilled, but as it approached room temperature, the aroma and flavor blossomed!
It had a refreshing muscat flavor on the palate, but it was immediately snappy and delicious!
Rice polishing ratio: 55% (100% Kame-no-o)
Alcohol content: 16%.
