Raifuku豊穣祈願祭純米吟醸2022
ショーン
While eating sushi, I opened a bottle of "Raifuku Hofuku Prayers for a Bountiful Harvest," a three-year-aged sake. It was just around the time of a local festival. The color is pale amber and the aroma is apple and pineapple. Behind the sweetness of youth lurks a calmness and complexity. It is a drink that has gained weight instead of losing its freshness.
I can recall the last three years of my life in this taste. 2022, I am a junior in college, and it has been half a year since I started working part-time at a programming school while I was absorbed in analyzing SNS and making terrariums. Now I am on the management side, but at that time my position was passive and I thought "someone will lead the way. The following year, I joined a laboratory and took on a major theme for the first time. In 2024, I presented my results in the U.S., and my days were busy with job hunting and preparations for an exhibition.
What has changed is that I no longer rely on others but work on my own. What has not changed is the urge to create. Like alcohol, he has gained depth. I would like to put a bottle of sake down again next year when I move to a new place and meet myself in a few years' time. Next year I'll start working.
